Sophia Foundation of Pocatello is a not-for-profit organization founded in 2003 to coordinate non-religious facilities uses of the First Congregational United Church of Christ and to develop and operate community-serving programs.

The Board of Directors includes persons from the church, non-profit organizations, and others dedicated to a strong downtown community in Pocatello.

Organizations interested in renting the facilities or partnering on program development can contact the office at (208) 232-3056 between 9 AM and 12 PM Monday through Friday.

Facilities and services include:

• Full size gym - social hall with stage - capacity up to 170
• Meeting rooms of various sizes with capacity to 75 persons
• Full service kitchen
• Tables and chairs
• Audio-visual equipment
• Auditorium with 200 person seating capacity, stage area, pipe organ, grand piano, sound system with digital recording capability
• On site parking
