invitation Participate and shop to help others - our 9th year

Saturday November 7, 2014, 9-4

Where: First Congregational United Church of Christ gymnasium, 309 North Garfield, just west of (behind) Pocatello High School. Plenty of parking nearby.

What is an alternative gift market?

An alternative gift-giving mechanism for holiday shoppers. Gifts are purchased for local, national, and international humanitarian projects focused on saving lives and preserving our planet. And the gifts are purchased in honor of family, friends, business associates, and others. Shoppers receive a decorative card and an insert describing the project purchased. These cards can then be given to friends and family as alternatives to traditional gifts.

Craft and jewelry items from Ten Thousand Villages will be available for purchase.

During the fair, baked goods and beverages will be available. All income goes to support humanitarian needs at home and around the world.

Can your group sponsor one of the projects?
